基于混合Copula函数的风电场出力建模方法 被引量:37

摘要 大容量风电场接入系统后,由于其具有间歇性、随机性和不确定性,会对电网潮流分布造成影响。以往的研究大都侧重于解决不同风电场间的风速相关性问题,针对云南电网中大型风电场往往由分布在不同山头的若干风电机群构成的实际情况,风电场内部已经不能单纯地采用一台风电机组等效。基于可以描述不同尾部特性的Copula理论,文中提出基于混合Copula函数建立风电场出力模型的方法。以云南电网某实际风电场为例进行验证分析,在PSD-BPA软件平台上建立该风电场出力模型,并进行系统潮流计算,结果表明,基于混合Copula函数的模型与基于单一Copula函数的模型相比,更接近于历史实测数据模型,二者得到较一致的潮流结果。 Because of the randomness,intermittence and uncertainty,the integration of large-scale wind farms in a power system will exert some influence on the distribution of the power flow.Like most studies in the past,the target is always modeling the dependence structure between different wind farms geographically.In view of the situation in Yunnan power grid where a large wind farm power grid is often composed of a number of wind turbine groups scattered on different hilltops,it is no way to simply use one equivalent wind turbine to model the whole wind farm any more.Based on the theory that the Copula function is able to describe different tail characteristics,the mixed Copula function,often abbreviated to M-Copula,is proposed to model the wind farm”s output.As one of the generator nodes in the western Yunnan power grid,a certain wind farm is chosen for empirical analysis.The result shows that the M-Copula function can play almost the same role in wind farm power modeling as the actual turbines” output on the platform of PSD-BPA,which single Copulas cannot.
