摘要
随着经济全球化的迅猛发展.国际空运服务市场一体化与自由化成为其进一步发展的方向。在此背景下,国际空运服务法律管制自由化实践成为潮流。无论是在双边层次,还是在区域层次,以及多边层次,都获得长足发展,也有越来越多的议题将纳入到自由化谈判中。同时,国际空运服务法律管制自由化实践也对我国空运市场进一步开放提出挑战,我国必须准备好相应对策。
With the fast development of economy globalization,the integration and liberalization of international air transport service is becoming trendy.Not only at bilateral level but also at regional and global level this trend is coming into bloom and more and more items are put in the liberalization agenda.The practices of law liberalization of inter- national air transport service offer the challenge to China air transport market,therefore the countermeasures are yearned to cope with it.
