O157血清群大肠杆菌分子亚型的研究

摘要 [目的 ]了解山东和福建两省不同来源的 O15 7血清群大肠杆菌分子亚型和菌株间的相关性。 [方法 ]对 1993- 1996年间分离到菌株进行脉冲场电泳 (PFGE) ,图象经计算机处理后进行聚类分析。 [结果 ]O15 7大肠杆菌染色体DNA用 Xba I酶切后 ,经 PFGE可生 15~ 2 0条带 ,以 90 %的同源性作为界值 ,可将 11株菌分成 9个 PFGE亚型 ,其中山东分离到的 6株菌分成 4个亚型 ,福建的 5株菌分属 5个亚型。 [结论 ]山东、福建的 O15 7血清群大肠杆菌均存在多个克隆系。 To study the correlation of molecular subtypes and strains of Escherichia coli O157 (E.coli O157) isolated from Shandong and Fujian, China. The pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was applied to the O157 strains isolated from 1993 to 1996. And the images were processed by cluster analysis using computer software. Digestion of chromosomal DNA with Xba I yielded 15 to 20 bands. With 90% homology as cutoff value, 11 strains of O157 isolates were classified into 9 PFGE types, among which 6 isolates from Shandong classified into 4 PFGE type, 5 strains from Fujian classified into 5 different subtypes.[Conclusion] There exists multi clone of E.coli O157 in both Shangdong and Fujian, China.
