摘要
混流式水轮机水力振动是影响水电站安全稳定运行的关键问题之一,研究混流式水轮机不稳定流诱发的压力脉动和振动问题,对于提高机组和水电站的运行稳定性有着十分重要的意义。本文着重介绍了水轮机压力脉动与水力稳定性模型试验、水轮机压力脉动与振动数值模拟以及水轮机转轮动应力与叶片裂纹研究方面的最新成果。在总结、分析现有研究成果的基础上,提出了混流式水轮机压力脉动和振动稳定性领域需要进一步研究的问题。
Francis hydro turbine vibration caused by hydraulic instability is one of the critical issues of the safe and stable operation of hydropower stations. It is great significance of the resreach of pressure pulsation and vibration problems induced by Francis turbine unsteady flow to improve the operation stability of hydropwer generating unit and hydropower station. Therefore, the latest research results about hydraulic turbine model test of the pressure pulsation and vibration stability, numerical simulation of pressure pulsation and vibration, and turbine runner dynamic stress and the blade crack are introduced in this paper. After the existing research results are anlyzed, the unresolved issues of the Francis turbine pressure pulsation and vibration stability are proposed.
