The Application of 3D Printing Technology in the Replication of Organic Cultural Relics——Taking the Replication of the Ivory Artifacts Unearthed from Fuquanshan Site as an Example

摘要 计算机软硬件技术的革新,带动了高科技术的进步。3D打印以其诸多技术优势已在多领域证明其具有良好的发展前景。本文以福泉山遗址象牙器的复制为例,通过介绍福泉山遗址象牙器的出土及修复,阐述象牙器复制的必要性和可能性,介绍修复人员运用3D打印技术在复制该器过程中的实际操作过程,并在3D打印技术的支持下,通过复制件表面作色、纹饰处理等步骤最终完成复制品。3D打印技术以其与传统修复手法相比之下的无损、快速、精准、复制比例调节性强等特点,在文物复制中发挥作用,并成功应用于展厅陈列。 The innovation of both the software and hardware technology of computer has driven the progress of high-tech and 3 D printing has been proved to have a good development prospect in several fields with its technological superiority.This paper, taking the replication of the ivory artifacts unearthed from Fuquanshan Site as an example and through the introduction of the excavation and restoration of these ivory artifacts, elaborates the necessity and possibility of the replication and introduces how the 3 D printing tech was applied practically in the replication process and how the replica was completed finally through the whole procedures with the support of 3 D printing tech. Compared with traditional restoration methods, 3 D printing tech is nondestructive, rapid, precise and easy to adjust in replication ratio, which plays a role in restoring cultural relics and is applied successfully in the displays.
