摘要
建立考虑磁致伸缩效应的非晶合金卷绕定子铁心的磁-机械耦合数学模型。采用非晶合金定子铁心模态实验对卷绕结构铁心弹性模量进行修正的方法,研究非晶合金定子铁心卷绕结构对振动的影响。应用三维有限元法计算定子铁心的磁场分布、形变和振动加速度;并在此基础上分析定子铁心周围声场分布。提出非晶合金卷绕定子铁心振动噪声测试方法,通过实验验证计算方法的有效性。同时完成了不同供电频率下不同磁通密度时定子铁心振动噪声的测试,总结定子铁心振动和噪声的影响规律。得出定子铁心振动加速度随磁通密度平方呈正比和定子铁心噪声随磁通密度呈对数函数规律变化的结论,确定了曲线拟合公式和系数。
A magneto-mechanical coupled model for AMWC is established in this paper. By adopting the method of modal experiments conducted on AMWC to amend its elastic modulus, the influence of the wound structure on the vibration of AMWC is studied. Using this proposed model,the magnetic induction,deformation,and vibration of AMWC are calculated by the 3-D finite element method. On the basis of the vibration calculation,the noise field around AMWC is analyzed. An experimental method for measuring the vibration and the noise of AMWC is proposed in this paper. Experimental results confirm the validity of the numerical calculation method. By using the proposed measuring method, the vibration and the noise of AMWCunder different power supply frequenciesand different flux densities are measured. Relationships ofthe flux density versus the vibration and the noise of AMWC caused by magnetostriction effect areobtained, i. e. the vibration accelerationof AMWC isin proportion to the square of the flux density, while the noiseof AMWC are the Logarithmfunctionof the flux density. The curve fittingformulas and related coefficients for the vibration and the noise of AMWC are obtained.
