摘要 为了分析永磁同步电机系统各参数对脉振高频信号注入法位置估计误差的影响,以便有针对性地减小位置估计误差,提高无位置传感器控制技术的性能,首先对脉振高频电压信号注入情况下永磁同步电机直交轴电压进行了分析,并根据交轴基波电压得到位置估计误差公式;之后通过对位置误差公式进行数值分析,总结出控制器频率、逆变器直流母线电压及脉振高频信号电压幅值对位置估计误差大小的影响规律;最后对位置误差分析结果进行了实验验证。 In order to analyze the influences of system parameters on position estimation error of high frequency pulsating signal injection method, to minimize position estimation error and eventually to improve the PMSM sensorless control performance, an expression of position estimation error is introduced based on the analysis of a PMSM's dq axe voltages under the high frequency pulse voltage injection condition. Afterwards, the influences of controller frequency, inverter DC bus voltage and the injected high frequency pulse voltage on position estimation error are concluded by numerical analysis. In the end, experiments are conducted to prove the validity of the error analysis theory.
