摘要
介绍了一种可以应用于单相光伏发电并网系统的七电平混合级联型逆变器。分析了电路的工作模态和不同工作方式下死区以及开关动作对于逆变器的影响,并由上述分析的结论得出了逆变器的最佳工作方式,基于该方式给出了一种控制全桥直流支撑电容电压的方法,并计算了其实现条件。采用了占用数字信号处理器(DSP)系统资源较少的单载波SPWM方式实现对逆变器的调制。最后通过仿真和实验对上述内容进行了验证。
This paper describes a seven-level hybrid cascaded inverters, which can be applied to single phase PV grid-connected system. The operating mode for the circuit and the way that dead-time and switching action affect the inverter, are analyzed. A mode based on the optimum way is given to control full-bridge support capacitor voltage, and the implementation condition of the mode is calculated. Using single carrier SPWM mode which occupy less digital signal processor(DSP) system resources to achieve the modulation. To verify the feasibility of the system, a simulation model and a low power inverter was constructed and results are provided.
