摘要
当前我国高校教学管理存在的主要问题是管理机制缺乏创新性及教学管理工作者专业水平不高。建立"以人为本"的精细化教学管理模式,形成微时代视域下的"微管理"模式以及构建基于"互联网+"的信息化教学管理模式是高校构建创新性管理模式的有效途径。
At present,the main problems existing in the teaching management of colleges and universities in China are the lack of innovation in the management mechanism and the low professional level of teaching managers. The establishment of a'people-oriented'fine teaching management mode,forming a micro management mode under the vision of micro era and building an information-based teaching management mode based on'Internet +'is an effective way to construct innovative management mode in colleges and universities.
