摘要
通过立式喷涂生产线考察了航空用柱段结构产品自动喷涂有机硅涂层时的工艺参数。结果表明,喷涂压力为0.4~0.6 MPa,涂料流量为500~600 mL/min,喷涂距离为200~220 mm,喷枪摆动角度为45°~50°时,所得涂层厚度均匀,外观质量较好。
The process parameters for automatic spraying of silicone coating on the products with cylindrical structure used for aviation were studied on a vertical spraying production line. The results showed that the coatings obtained under the following conditions had a uniform thickness and good appearance: spray pressure 0.4-0.6 MPa, paint flow rate500-600 mL/min, nozzle-to-substrate distance 200-220 mm, and swing angle of spray gun 45°-50°.
