循环摆动试验次数对66 kV复合外套避雷器性能影响的研究

摘要 循环摆动试验项目是IEC 60099-4:2014针对电压等级大于52 kV复合外套避雷器新增加的检验项目。以66 kV复合外套避雷器为样本,研究不同循环摆动次数对其电气和机械性能的直接影响。试验结果表明循环摆动试验对复合外套避雷器的机械性能影响明显,随着循环摆动次数的增加,弯曲负荷下偏移量倾向增大,对样品的机械性能影响越大;循环摆动试验对复合外套避雷器的电气性能影响不明显,至少表现在循环摆动5000次之前,其电气性能受循环摆动次数影响不敏感。经过循环摆动试验后,其界面性能的变化应是重点关注的对象。循环摆动试验可以作为评估避雷器机械性能的考核方法,并对国标将来可能的制订,尝试给出两点参考建议。 The cyclic swing test project is a new test item of IEC 60099-4: 2014,which is newly added to polymer housed arrester with voltage class greater than 52 kV. The direct influence of the different cycle times on the electrical and mechanical performance of the 66 kV polymer housed arresters were preliminarily studied by test procedure. The experimental results showed that the cyclic swing test can have an effect on mechanical performance of polymer housed arrester. With the increase of cycle times,the deflection under bending load tends to become larger and it would have more influence on mechanical properties of the samples. Effect of single cyclic swing test on electrical performance of polymer housed arresters arrester was not obvious. It was manifested that at least before the 5000 cycle times its effect on electrical performance under cyclic swing test is insensitive,however after the cyclic swing test the change of interface properties should be focused on. The cyclic swing test can be used as an assessment method to evaluate the mechanical performance of the arrester,and two reference suggestions are tried to give for the future formulation of the national standard.
