绿色金融产品消费者使用意愿研究——以支付宝蚂蚁森林为例被引量：10

摘要本文以支付宝蚂蚁森林为例,从消费者角度,构建行为意愿模型,通过网络发放调查问卷获取数据,采用SPSS17.0软件对模型进行了验证。研究结论表明:感知有用性、感知易用性、营销推广和消费者创新性对消费者使用意愿具有正向的影响,而感知风险对消费者使用意愿并不具有显著的负向影响。同时消费者的人口特征在使用意愿及其影响因素上具有差异性。最后提出了相关建议,以期为绿色金融产品的营销提供借鉴。
