妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患者胎盘血管PECAM-1的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症 (ICP)患者胎盘血管血小板 -内皮细胞粘附分子 (PECAM 1)表达的变化。方法 :采用S P免疫组化方法。结果 :(1)光镜下发现ICP患者胎盘绒毛水肿、绒毛间隙狭窄、绒毛血管合体膜增厚。 (2 )ICP患者胎盘和正常孕妇胎盘血管内皮上均有PECAM 1的表达 ,但ICP组胎盘血管表达PECAM 1的平均血管密度值以及强度显著大于正常孕妇组 (P <0 0 1) ,并且随着ICP组分度的加重 ,表达增强。结论 :ICP患者胎盘粘附分子PECAM 1表达的异常可能是导致ICP胎盘病理改变的一个原因。 Purpose To explore the expression of PECAM 1 on the placenta of ICP. Methods S P immunohistochemical technique was used. Results (1) Placentas obtained from women with ICP had swelling and fibrinoid necrosis of villi, increasing of syncytial sprouts, being thick of vasculo syncytial membrane (VSM) and reducing of the size of the intervillous space under light microscopy. (2) PECAM 1 expressed in both of vascular endothelial cells of placenta in women with and without ICP. But, its expression was significantly different between the ICP and normal pregnancy ( P <0 01). Furthermore, a significant difference between the mild and severe ICP was found ( P <0 005). Conclusion The abnormal expression of adhesion molecules PECAM 1 may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of ICP placenta.
