摘要
猪兰尼定受体1(R yanodine Receptor1,RYR1)基因是导致猪应激综合征、影响猪肉质的主效基因。采用RFLP方法检测了引入的梅山猪群RYR1基因的分布类型。结果表明,在梅山猪中检测到不利的n等位基因,因频率为5.56%,说明n等位基因已经侵入梅山猪中,应加强梅山猪的保护。
The Ryanodine Receptor1 gene in pig is the major gene lead to Porcine Stress Syndrome and has an effect on meat quality.Using PRC-RFLP to detect thedistribution type of Ryanodine Receptor1 gene in Meishan pig.The results showedthat heterozygous (RYR1 Nn) of RYR1 gene is detected in Meishan pig,and the allele n frequency of 5.56%,it shows that meishan pig invaded by the allele nfrequency,it shoud be protect the meishan pig.
