摘要
就业是民生之本,以就业为导向的职业教育符合科学发展观的要求,有利于促进高职院校持续健康发展。职业院校要始终坚持以就业为导向的原则,创新人才培养模式,合理调整专业结构,科学设置课程体系,转变学生就业意识,积极为现代化建设培养和造就数以千万计的高技能应用性人才,促进学生就业,推动学院持续发展。
Employment is the livelihood of the people.Employment-oriented education is up to the scientific outlook on development.It will promote the higher vocational college to maintain a sustained,rapid and sound development.The higher vocational college should always adhere to the principle of employment-oriented.Establish a model for the cultivation of creative talents.Reasonably adjust the major structure.Scientifically set up the course system.Constructively change students' mind in employment.Educate and bring up thousands of high-skilled applied talents for modernization driving.Increase students' employment rate.All of these could promote a sustainable development of college.
