摘要
目的:探讨脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能的康复与护理方法。方法:46例脊髓损伤患者留置导尿管的管理,间歇性导尿的应用。结果:在脊髓损伤的任何时期,预防泌尿系统的感染,管理和训练排尿功能都至关重要。结论:做好脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能的康复与护理,防止尿路感染和改善膀胱功能对于提高病人生活质量至关重要。
Objective:Study of bladder function in patients with spinal cord injury rehabilitation and nursing methods.Methods:46 cases of spinal cord injury in the management of patients with indwelling catheter,intermittent catheterization applications.Results:In spinal cord injury at any time to prevent urinary tract infections,urinary function of management and training are essential.Conclusion:Do a good job of bladder function in patients with spinal cord injury rehabilitation and care,prevention of urinary tract infections and improve bladder function is essential for improving the quality of life of patients.
