小儿静脉留置针在夏季使用折管的预防措施 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨预防小儿静脉留置针在夏季使用中外导管发生折管的措施。方法:将儿科住院输液治疗患儿226例分为对照组(115例)和观察组(111例)。对照组使用未经处理的留置针及采用常用的穿刺进针角度、送管方法进行穿刺,观察组使用经密闭冷冻10分钟的留置针及采用改进的穿刺进针角度、送管方法进行穿刺。在两组留置针中各随机抽取25根对其外导管表面采样作细菌培养。结果:两组患儿的静脉留置针进针效果、一次穿刺成功率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。两组25例样本培养标本均无菌生长。结论:使用经密闭冷冻过的留置针及采用改进的穿刺进针角度、送管方法可有效预防小儿静脉留置针在夏季使用中折管现象的发生,提高一次穿刺成功率;留置针干燥密闭冷冻10分钟不会造成污染。 Objective:To explore the protective measures for the outer catheter of the infant venous indwelling needle that bended easily in summer.Methods:To divide into 2 groups from 226 infants who were carried on infusion treatment in the pedi-atric in-patient department.There were 115 cases in the control group and 111 cases in the experimental group.The untreated vein indwelling needle and the common insertion angle of the needle,the general way of catheter loaded were used in venipunc-ture in the control group,while the ones applied in the experimental group were refrigerated 10 minutes in dry and hermetic or modified.25 samples were taken from the surface of the outer catheter to make germiculture in each group at random.Results: Both the effect and the first-time success rate of the puncture in the experimental group were obviously better than the control group(P<0.01).There were no bacteria was detected in each group.Conclusion:To apply the vein indwelling needle after they were refrigerated 10 minutes in dry and hermetic,and the modified insertion angle of the needle,the treated way of catheter loaded to venipuncture,which shows a significant preventive effect on the outer catheter of the infant venous indwelling needle that bended easily in summer.And it can advance the first-time success rate of the puncture.There will be no pollution happen after the vein indwelling needle was refrigerated 10 minutes in dry and hermetic.
