摘要
本文应用生态足迹计算模型,对烟台市及其所属的各行政区2002年的生态足迹进行了分析。结果表明:各行政区中,人均生态足迹除长岛县盈余外其余均为赤字;烟台市人均生态赤字为3.280ha,总生态赤字达2.121 1×107ha,是其国土总面积的15.4倍。人均生态足迹已远远超过其生态承载力,生态赤字较严重,其中又以北部地区最为严重;生产、生活强度超过了生态系统自身的承载能力,其经济社会发展处于不可持续的状态;应大力提倡资源的高效利用和节约型的生产与消费方式,城市与产业发展要坚持可持续的发展观,减少生态足迹、缓解生态赤字,以遏制生态环境的恶化趋势。
By the method of ecological footprint analysis we calculated and analyzed the ecological footprint of Yantai city and its administrative districts in 2002.Our analysis revealed that among all its districts in Yantai city,Changdao county was the only one which had ecological surplus,and the others were of ecological deficits.According to our calculation,in 2002 the regional ecological deficit of whole Yantai city was 3.318 ha per capita;the regional ecological deficit of total population was 2.145 5×107ha,which was the 15.4 fold of its total land area.Therefore the regional ecological deficit in Yantai city is much higher than its ecological carrying capacity,and there in northern Yantain city is the worst.Our analysis indicated that ecosystems in Yantai city have been overloaded by human's activities,and its current economic and social development was unsustainable.We suggest that the resource use efficiency should be improved and the saving styles of production and life be advocated,and the city and its industry development should accord to sustainable development rules,and their ecological footprint should be cut down in order to alleviate ecological deficit and to stop the worsening trend of ecological environment.
