摘要
目的:探讨超临界CO2萃取石菖蒲挥发油的方法,选出最佳的提取工艺参数.方法:以石菖蒲挥发油得率为指标,考察了萃取温度、萃取压力、CO2流量、萃取时间4个因素对石菖蒲挥发油超临界CO2萃取的影响.结果:萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度50℃,CO2流量为10kg.h-1的条件下萃取2h为最佳工艺.结论:超临界CO2萃取法提取石菖蒲挥发油得率达4.82%.
Objective:To investigate the supercritical CO2 extracting technology of volatile oil from Acorus tatarinowii Schott and obtain the optimum extracting parameters.Methods:The study is carried out using orthogonal design.The processing conditions are determined in terms of extracting time,pressure,flow rate of CO2 and extracting temperature.Results:The optimum extracting parameters are established with extracting pressure of 30 MPa,extracting temperature of 50℃,flow rate of CO2 of 10 kg·h-1,and the extracting time of 2 h.Conclusions:The optimum technology for supercritical CO2 extraction of volatile oil from Acorus tatarinowii Schott is high efficient with an extraction yield of 4.82%.
