摘要
和谐社会视野下社会工作者的角色将在职业动机、工作身份和工作方法三方面重新采择,其结果表现为利他主义的职业动机,主客体交互的工作身份和一事一法的工作方法。这种角色采择需要社会工作者具有和善、和睦和亲和的人格,也需要具有协管、协助和协调的能力。
social workers should be role-taking,specifically in the career motive,roles of social worker,and working methods,in the harmonious society.As a result,social workers ought to have the personality of the humanity of warmth,kindness,and acceptance,at the same time,the capacity of cooperation,coordination and management is needed as well.
