摘要
通过室内材料试验和力学试验,对盾构新型同步注浆浆液与传统浆液进行了性能对比分析,研究得到了新型浆液与传统浆液凝结时间、浆液泌水率、抗剪强度和收缩性变化规律与性能差别。凝结时间和抗剪强度测定结果表明:新型浆液凝结时间更短,材料的抗剪强度接近土体,更加符合现场施工要求;收缩性对比试验表明:新型浆液在空气环境中会有不同程度的收缩,但收缩值较小,也可满足设计施工规范要求;泌水性试验结果表明:JYS-1无泌水现象,浆液稳定性好,JYS-2新型浆液的泌水率较低,浆液稳定性稍差,但都可满足施工要求。
Through material test and mechanical test indoor,slurry performance of new type synchronous grouting in shield construction was analyzed,and the law of bleeding rate,shear strength and shrinkage were obtained. The result of shear strength shows that the setting time of new type slurry is shorter than traditional slurry,and the material shear strength is more in line with the requirement of site operation. The test result of shrinkage shows that new type slurry performs different shrinkage in different surroundings,but the value is lower and satisfies the code requirement. The test result of bleeding shows that new type slurry gets lower bleeding rate,satisfies the construction requirement.
