摘要
采用实验对比方法 ,对“3人制”篮球比赛在普通高校中的推广进行论证。结果显示 ,学生通过参加“3人制”篮球比赛 ,培养了学习的兴趣和自信心 ;“3人制”篮球比赛易于组织与开展 ,运动强度适中 。
By experiment and comparison, the author expounds and proves the propagation of the three man basketball game in ordinary colleges and universities.The results indicate that the students' interest and self confidence in learning this sport during their involvement in the game; the three man basketball game is easy to be organized and carried out, and suitable for propagation in ordinary colleges and universities because of its moderate sport intensity.
