摘要
通过分析数控火焰切割机加工的工艺特点 ,开发了基于工业PC机和PMAC运动控制器的火焰切割机数控系统 ,给出了硬件、软件的设计框图。该数控系统已成功地应用于旧数控火焰切割机的改造中。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of working process of NC flame cutting machine, develops the NC system of the machine based on industrial PC and PMAC motion controller, and describes its hardware and software designs. The NC system has been successfully applied in the transformation of old NC flame cutting machines.
