摘要
通过大量管式炉试验开发了ZDM型洁净煤添加剂,在大型工业链条炉上试验研究表明:该添加剂与散煤单混的高温燃烧脱硫率和脱氮率均达40%左右,采用预混喷粉两段脱硫技术后的燃烧脱硫率可达75%左右,单混或两段脱硫技术在炉内燃烧和水膜除尘器尾部增湿后的整体脱硫率分别高达60%和90%左右,并且能使锅炉热效率提高3%~5%.试验发现锅炉烟气中SO2与O2浓度的高低峰谷正好相反,而NO与SO2浓度的高低变化趋势则基本相似,同时NO又受到CO浓度变化的影响.
Based on lots of experiments in tube furnaces, the ZDM series of additives for catalytic clean coal combustion are developed. By industrial experiments in large-scale chain grate boilers, it is shown that both the sulfur and nitrogen removal efficiencies in a furnace can achieve about 40%. When some additives are blended with the coal and the rest is injected into the combustion gas, which is called a two-stage desulfurizaiton technology, the sulfur removal efficiency can be greatly promoted to about 75%. After the combustion procedure in a furnace and flue gas humidification in a water-film dust catcher, the desulfurization efficiencies of a blending additives process or a two-stage desulfurization process can reach about 60% and 90% respectively. The additives also have some catalytic on effects combustion and the boiler efficiency increases by 3%~5%. The dynamic characteristics of flue gas compositions are measured. It is found that the dynamic concentration peaks and valley of SO2 are opposite to those of O2. The change of NO concentration is similar to that of SO2, but in the mean time it is also affected by CO concentration.
