摘要
采用高温溶液法从Ba CO_3,Ba F_2及H_3BO_3混合体系中生长出了一种氟硼酸钡晶体,Ba_7(BO_3)_3F_5晶体属六方晶系,空间群为P63mc,晶胞参数:a=1.11562(15)nm,c=0.72415(14)nm,Z=2,V=0.7805(2)nm3。Ba7(BO3)3F5晶体结构是由Ba(1)O7F3基团,Ba(_2)O_4F_3基团,Ba(_3)O_6F_4基团和独立的BO_3基团相互连接形成的三维空间网络结构。Ba7(BO3)3F5的热分析分析结果表明Ba7(BO3)3F5在1070℃同成份熔化。
A new non-centrosymmetrial crystal,Ba7( BO3)3F5,was grown by high temperature solution method from the Ba CO_3-Ba F_2-H_3BO_3 system for the first time. It crystallizes in the hexagonal system,space group P63 mc with unit-cell parameters a = 1. 11562( 15) nm,c = 0. 72415( 14) nm,Z = 2,V = 0.7805( 2) nm3. The material exhibits a three-dimensional structure consisting of interconnecting Ba( 1)O7F3groups,Ba( 2) O4F3 groups,Ba( 3) O6F4 groups and isolated BO3 groups. DSC / TG curve shows that Ba7( BO3)3F5melts congruently at 1070 ℃.
