摘要
以 4个姬松茸菌株和 2个双孢蘑菇菌株为材料 ,用 2 0个随机引物对它们进行RAPD扩增。通过对供试菌株遗传相似系数的估算和系统聚类分析 ,构建姬松茸和双孢蘑菇遗传相关树状聚类图谱。结果表明 ,进行RAPD扩增的 2 0个随机引物中 ,有 12个能产生三种带型。当遗传相似系数升至 0 .8713时 ,这 6个菌株被分为 3类 ,第一类为菌株 18和 2 6 ,第二类为菌株 13和 12 ,第三类为菌株 33和 4 5。
Four strains of Agaricus blazei and two strains of Agaricus bisporus were amplified by RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) technique with 20 random primers. A dendrogram was generated through the assessment of the similarity coefficient of these six strains tested and systematic clustering analysis. The result showed that among 20 primers tested, 12 primers could produce three band types of DNA fragments. When the similarity coefficient raised to 0.8713, six strains tested were divided into three classes. The first class included strains 18 and 26, the second class included strains 12 and 13 and the third class included strains 33 and 45.
