酶制剂对成年鹅血液中IGF-I、β-END及某些激素含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects Enzyme Preparation Supplemented to Barley Diet on the IGF-I,β-END and Some Hormones in Geese

摘要 14只装有长久性翅静脉瘘管的成年鹅 ,自身对照。饲以大麦 (占 45 % )基础日粮 ,试验期添加 0 1%的Biokyowa粗酶制剂。经血管瘘管采血 ,分离血浆 ,用RIA法测定其中激素含量。结果如下 :与对照期相比 ,粗酶制剂使血液中GH、IGF -I和 β -END的水平分别升高 32 2 2 % (P <0 0 5 )、70 73% (P <0 0 1)和 35 2 1% (P <0 0 1) ;T3 、T4 水平分别高 15 38% (P <0 0 5 )和 14 97% (P <0 0 5 ) ,T3 /T4 基本不变 ,TSH有升高的趋势。以上结果提示 ,粗酶制剂能影响成年鹅的神经内分泌 ,改变血液中生长和代谢激素的水平 ,从而调节机体的新陈代谢。 Fourteen adult geese fitted chronic wing vein cannulas were used in this study to evaluate the effect of crude enzyme preparation supplemented to barley on some hormones.The experiment included control and treatment phases.The diet contained 45% barley and it was added 0.1% Biokyowa enzyme preparation for treatment phase.The blood samples were collected in two phases via the wing vein and plasma hormone contents measured by radioimmunoassay.The results are as follow:(1)Compared with control,GH,IGF-I and β-END levels were dramatically enhanced by 32.22%(P<0.05),70.73%(P<0.01)and 35.21%(P<0.01);(2)T 3 and T 4 contents in treatment phase were higher by 15.38%(P<0.05)and 14.97%(P<0.05),TSH was increased 6.91%(P<0.05).Ratios of T 3/T 4 was not discrepant.These results show that barley based diet added enzyme preparation can regulate the neuroendorine of adult geese,so that to influence the hormone levels and metablism.
