基于连续流量测试的小卡距细分注水工艺

摘要 为满足注水层段进一步细分的需求,研究了一种基于连续流量测试的小卡距细分注水工艺。该工艺的核心技术是小卡距细分配水封隔器,它通过将两级偏心配水器和一级压缩式封隔器集成,使一套工具实现封隔器功能和双通道注水功能,缩小两级配水器之间的间距;通过投捞双通道堵塞器对两个注水通道的水量进行调配,采用非集流连续质量流量递减法实现分层水量测试;应用三压力计验封仪监测油套环空压力与油管压力的变化同步性来验证封隔器的密封情况。小卡距细分注水工艺使两级配水器间距由7m缩小到0. 7m,而且在测试调配工艺上还实现了与普通桥式偏心配水工艺管柱通用。小卡距细分注水工艺的研究应用,满足了连续薄互层的细分需要,为进一步提高油层动用状况提供了技术支持和保障。 A new subdivision injection technology of small chuck distance based on continuous flow test was developed to meet the requirement of further subdivision of injection layers.The core of the technology is the subdivided water distribution packer of small chuck distance.It integrates two-level ec-centric water distributors and one-level compression packers and makes a set of tools have both functions of packer and dual-channel water injection,and thus shorten the distance between two-level water distributors.W ater injection was allocated in two water injection channels by running and pulling dual-channel plugs,non-packer continuous mass flowrate decline method was used to fulfill the separate layer water flowrate test,and three pressure gauge sealing check instruments were applied to monitor the simultaneous variation of tubing-casing annulus pressure and tubing pressure to check sealing of packers.The space between two-level water distributors was reduced from 7m to 0.7m,and the testing and allocation technique could be in common use with regular bridge-eccentric water distribution process string.The subdivision injection technology of small chuck distance has met the subdivision needs of thin interbed and prov ided technological support for further enhancing oil layer production.
