摘要
为规范采油工程方案设计,提高方案设计效率和水平,降低采油工程投资及生产运行成本,大庆油田于2013年初开展了大庆油田采油工程方案设计标准模板制订工作。该模板制订过程中坚持“三结合,两优选,一控制”的原则,对采油工程方案设计统一了内容、规范了过程、优化了工艺,并且通过对比选优,选出最佳工艺和产品的供应商。该模板试行期间,节约资金近5.4亿元,节电3959×10~4kW·h。该模板不仅提高了采油工程方案设计的效率和质量,获得较好的经济效益,同时也为大庆油田高效运作提供了重要依据。
Daqing Oifield began to work out the standard template for production engineering project design in the early of 2013,in order to standardize oil production engineering plan design,enhance designing efficiency and level,and reduce production engineering investment and production cost.W hen making the termplate,Daqing 0ilfield stuck to the principle of“three combinations,two selections,and one control”,unified the contents of the project design,standardized the process,optimized the process,and selected the optimum process and products supplier through comparison.During the pilot op-eration of the termplate,Daqing Oilfield nearly saved capitals by 540 million RMB and electricity power by 3959*10^4 kW·h.The template has not only increased the efficiency and quality of the production engineering project design,but also achieved the desirable economic benefits.At the same time,it offered an important basis of efficient operation in Daqing Oilfield.
