摘要
在大数据、'互联网+'、人工智能等新一代科学技术的逐步推广这样的新时代背景下,传统会计行业正面临越来越严峻的挑战。实务的变革通常早于理论的革新,故此传统会计教育方法已跟不上时代对会计职能的新转变的新要求。因此需要以着重培养具有'互联网+财务'思维的人才,建立新时代财务创新型人才培养模式、搭建产学研一体化平台,推动产学研深度合作为目标。该文共享财务服务课程为例子,探讨了新时代下财务共享服务人才培养模式,倡导产学研三者进行有机融合,培养出符合新时代要求的财务人才,并最终推动国家科教兴国、人才强国和创新驱动发展战略的有效实施。
Under the background of the new era of big-data,'Internet+',artificial intelligence and other new-generation science and technology,the traditional accounting industry is facing more and more severe challenges.The change of practice is usually earlier than the theoretical innovation,so the traditional accounting education method has not kept up with the new requirements of the new transformation of the accounting function.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on cultivating talents with'Internet+finance'thinking,establish a new era of financial innovation talent training model,build an integrated platform for production,education and research,and promote the deep cooperation of industry,academia and research.This paper shares the financial service curriculum as an example,discusses the financial sharing service talent training model in the new era,advocates the organic integration of industry,academia and research,cultivates the financial talents that meet the requirements of the new era,and ultimately promotes the national science and education to rejuvenate the country,talents and countries.Drive the effective implementation of development strategies.
