摘要
传统采的购管理理论是库存理论,即为了库存而采购。其时,工程采购理论几乎是一片盲区。随着中国改革开放的不断深入和信息技术的快速发展,工程采购理论不断完善和发展,在工程采购管理中出现许多创新管理模式。基于供应链管理的采购管理理论引入,为工程项目采购管理创新奠定了良好的基础,现代石油企业的工程采购管理为应对挑战,正在不断创新,构建合作和竞争的新型管理模式,并为企业培育新的经济效益增长点。
The traditional purchase management theory is inventory theory, that is, to purchase for inventory. Actually, engineering procurement theory is almost a blind spot. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the rapid development of information technology, the engineering procurement theory has been constantly improved and developed, and many innovative management modes have emerged in the engineering procurement management.Based on the purchasing management theory of supply chain management, we have laid a good foundation for the innovation of procurement management of the engineering project, and the engineering purchasing management of modern oil enterprises is a new management model for the challenge, building a new management model of cooperation and competition, and fostering new economic and economic growth points for the corporation.
