摘要
该文简单介绍高等职业教育管理创新理论,高等职业院校管理创新机制的相互关系,针对高等职业教育管理创新展开了深入的研究分析,希望可以对高等职业教育管理工作的开展起到一定的参考和帮助,实现对高等职业教育管理创新发展,提高高等职业院校学生培养有效性。
This article briefly introduces the theory of management innovation in higher vocational education, the relationship between management innovation mechanisms in higher vocational colleges and universities, and carries out in-depth research and analysis on management innovation in higher vocational education. It is hoped that it can provide some reference and help to the development of higher vocational education management, realize the innovative development of higher vocational education management, and improve the training effectiveness of students in higher vocational colleges.
