摘要
在高校教育领域,材料专业作为热门专业,在新工科背景下,关于专业人才培养要求有所转变,以培养创新型人才为重点教学目标,进行培养模式与培养方案的创新。该文主要围绕高校材料专业学生如何培养创新型人才展开有效分析,从而保障材料专业市场拥有更加丰富的高素质、创新型人才储备,促进材料领域实现可持续发展。
In the field of higher education, material specialty is a popular specialty. Under the background of new engineering, the requirement of professional talent training has changed. With the training of innovative talents as the key teaching objective, the training mode and training scheme have been innovated. This paper mainly focuses on how to train innovative talents for material majors in Colleges and universities, so as to ensure that the material majors market has more abundant reserves of high-quality and innovative talents, and promote sustainable development in the field of materials.
