摘要
财务管理课程具有很强的实践性,如何提升其教学效果一直是目前财务管理课程面临的重要挑战。ERP沙盘模拟实训是一种互动、开放的体验式教学方式,它通过与财务管理、会计等课程有机地融合在一起,为财务管理课程实践以及知识的综合应用提供了场所,同时也是开展财务管理教学的重要方法。为此,本文从ERP沙盘模拟教学的特点入手,对ERP教学过程中存在的问题进行分析,从而探究ERP沙盘模拟教学改革的策略。
The financial management curriculum is very practical.How to improve its teaching effect has always been an important challenge for the current financial management curriculum.ERP sand table simulation training is an interactive and open experiential teaching method.It integrates with financial management and accounting courses to provide a place for financial management course practice and comprehensive application of knowledge.It is an important way to manage teaching.To this end,the paper starts with the characteristics of ERP sand table simulation teaching,analyzes the problems existed in the ERP teaching process,and explores the strategy of ERP sand table simulation teaching reform.
