摘要
如何培养学生的创新创业能力,已成为高校在人才培养方面面临的首要问题。与其他高校相比,涉农地方高校的大学生,由于传统教育以及专业方向的影响,缺乏创新创业意识的问题更为突出。本文分析了涉农地方高校创新创业教育面临的问题和原因,以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,从人才培养方案、创业精神培养、平台建设、师资队伍建设等方面给出了建议,为涉农地方高校提供参考和借鉴。
How to cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has been the primary problem in high school for talent training. Compared with other colleges and universities, the lack of awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship was more prominent in local agricultural colleges and universities because of the impact of traditional education and professional direction. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper discussed the problems of innovative and entrepreneurial education in Local Agricultural universities, and this paper gave some Suggestions on talent training program, entrepreneurship training, platform building and faculty building, which provided references and useful experiences for local agricultural colleges and universities.
