耐光老化增强型木材制备工艺及机理探讨

摘要 采用酚醛树脂和壳聚糖溶液对速生轻木进行浸渍处理,在木材表面构建"紫外屏蔽系统",制备具有耐光老化性能的速生轻木产品,并分析改性对轻木耐光性能的影响机理。研究表明,浸渍处理后,酚醛树脂主要分布于木材导管和木射线细胞腔内,而壳聚糖主要分布于木材表面;经酚醛树脂浸渍处理后木材表面整体颜色变化较未处理木材大,并出现黄化现象;而壳聚糖处理后,木材在紫外辐射过程中,整体颜色变化较未处理材小且稳定,有效改善了木材的耐光老化性能。 Developing a kind of anti-photodegradation densified wood via constructing an ultraviolet shielding system on the surface during impregnating modifiers(phenol-formaldehyde resin and chitosan).The effect of modification mechanism on the anti-photodegradation of wood was also investigated in this study.Results indicated that most phenol-formaldehyde resin distributed in the vessel and rayparenchyma cells,while the chitosan concentrated on the wood surface.The integral color of the wood treated with PF resin had a larger variation as compared to the control accompanied with signs of yellowing after UV radiation.However,the integral color of the wood treated with chitosan had smaller varation than that of the control.The modification with chitosan could improve the UV resistance.
