六面包覆对木、竹地板尺寸稳定性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以实木复合地板和重组竹地板为研究对象,采用表面涂饰、背面封漆和石蜡封边工艺对地板进行六面包覆,探究了六面包覆对木、竹地板尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:背面封漆对实木复合地板尺寸稳定性的改善效果优于石蜡封边;六面包覆能够提高实木复合地板的尺寸稳定性,背面封漆二次对实木复合地板尺寸稳定性的改善效果优于背面封漆一次;六面包覆处理后重组竹地板的尺寸稳定性变化较小。 Engineered wood flooring and bamboo flooring which were treated by the way of back priming and edge sealing with paraffin were selected to examine the effect of sealing six surfaces on dimensional stability of wood and bamboo flooring. The results indicated that back priming was more reliable and durable than edge sealing with paraffin. The dimensional stability of engineered wood flooring was improved by sealing six surfaces, and two times back priming was better than one times, and the improvement on dimensional stability of bamboo flooring was not as significant by sealing six surfaces.
