摘要
以脲醛树脂为胶黏剂,人工林尾巨桉单板为原料,采用正交试验方法,研究了涂胶量、单位压力、热压时间和热压温度对人工林尾巨桉单板层积材性能的影响。结果表明:采用人工林尾巨桉单板制备单板层积材可行,涂胶量、单位压力、热压时间和热压温度对尾巨桉单板层积材的力学性能有影响,在本试验条件下较优的工艺为涂胶量150 g/m^2、单位压力5.0 MPa、热压时间60 min和热压温度140℃。
Manufacturing technology of laminate veneer lumber(LVL) of E.urophylla×E.grdndis wcxxl in Guangxi was studied,and the effects of spreading,hot-pressing pressure,hot-pressing time and hot-pressing temperature on properties of LVL were discussed by an orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that spreading,hot-pressing pressure,hot-pressing time and hot-pressing temperature had some influence on the LVL properties,and the optimum technology parameters tor LVL of E.urophylla×E.grandis wood were identified as follow:hot-pressing time 60 min,hot-pressing pressure 5.0 MPa hot-pressing temperature 140℃ and spreading 150 g/m^2.
