摘要
以重庆市的调查获取的数据为立足点,对农民变市民进程中的土地转变的体制性障碍进行了具体的探讨,重点提出了土地征购制度、补偿制度、资本化经营等制度创新。土地制度的研究,对重庆市统筹城乡发展、落实科学发展观、建立和谐社会将起到一定的促进作用。
Based on the data from investigation in Chongqing, this paper discusses system barriers for the land transition in the peasant-to-townsman process, and emphatically puts forward innovations in land requisition system, compensation system, capitalized operation system, etc. Research on land systems has promoting effects on the whole-planned development of urban and rural areas, the implementation of scientific development view, and the building of harmonious society.
