摘要
介绍CBL系列齿轮油泵在使用过程中,由于密封铜环的磨损降低了油泵的使用寿命。提出了改进密封铜环的结构,可以增加油泵的寿命,减少设备的维修量,并使设备的使用效率大幅度提高。
The thesis is about improvement of CBL series oil pump.During the operation of oil pump,the abrasion wear of sealed copper bushing always shortens the pump's life time.To solve this problem,the author gives his proposal-by improving the structure of the sealed copper bushing,the life time of oil pump will be greatly increased with reduction of maintenance and extremely improved efficiency.
