摘要
通过对异形模板结构问题的探讨,找出了异形模板结构规律性和制造中的几个难题,以最大可能地采用模具来保证模板的加工质量和缩短加工周期,并就模具在异形模板制造中的应用提出了一些建议性的方案,以方便模板的实际制作。
Through exploring structure of non-standard formwork,structure rules of non-standard formwork and some different problems in producing non-standard formwork are found.In order to improve processing quality and short processing periodic time,moulds are in the most adopted.Proposed schemes about application of mould are presented to instruct production of mould.
