摘要
利用自制的锡槽成型模拟装置制备锡液中加入不同铁含量的玻璃样品,通过X射线荧光光谱、X射线光电子能谱测试手段研究样品中扩散进入玻璃表面锡离子的含量及锡离子不同价态相对含量的变化规律。研究结果表明,随着锡液中加铁量的增加,与锡液接触的玻璃表面渗锡量先减少后增大,当加铁量为0.40%时,渗锡量达到最小,约为17.30ug/cm2;进入玻璃表层中的Sn2+的相对含量随着加铁量的增加先减少后增大,当加铁量为0.40%,Sn2+的相对含量达到最小,约为3.88%;进入玻璃表层中的Sn4+的相对含量随着加铁量的增加先增大后减少,加铁量为0.40%,Sn4+的相对含量达到最大,约为96.12%;铁渗入量随着锡液中加铁量的增多而增多。加铁量相同时,延长玻璃与锡液的接触时间,进入玻璃中的渗锡量增多,渗铁量反而降低。
Glass samples were prepared in a Sn-bath simulator with various iron content in the Sn liquid.These samples were then characterized by using XPS and XRF to investigate effects of the iron concentration upon the diffusion and penetration of Sn ion and the relative contents of the Sn ions with different chemical valences Snin the sample.The results shows that with the increase of iron content in the Sn liquid the Sn content at the glass surface touchingSn the Sn liquid decreases firstly and then increases,and the minimum value is about 17.30ug/cm2 when iron content of about 0.40wt%.At the same time,the relative content of Sn2+on the glass surface decreases firstly and then increases,and the minimum relative content of Sn2+is about3.88% when iron content of about 0.40 w.t.%.On the other hand,the relative content of Sn4+on the glass surface increases firstly and then decreases,and the maximum relative content of Sn4+is about 96.12% when adding iron content was 0.40 w.t.%.The amount of iron infiltration increases with increasing iron content in the liquor.With the same iron content of Sn liquor,the Sn content of the glass surface increases with increasing annealing time,while the amount of infiltration of iron reduces instead.
