摘要
采用机械合金化方法制备Mg60Zn30Ti5Si5非晶合金并研究工艺参数对其的影响规律。主要通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析不同条件下制备的试样的物相组成;并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)检测试样微观形貌及热性质。结果表明:原料粉末首先发生合金化形成中间化合物,然后转变成非晶;球料比17.5∶1、球磨时间6h、转速425r/min是较优的工艺参数;三个工艺参数中,球料比是形成非晶的关键因素;Mg60Zn30Ti5Si5合金在加热过程中放热量大小与非晶含量相关。
Mg60Zn30Ti5Si5amorphous alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying(MA)with different processing parameters.The phases,microstructures,and thermal properties of the mechanically alloyed powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and differential scanning calorimeter,respectively.The results indicate that the compounds firstly formed and then transformed to amorphous phase during the MA.The optimized MA parameters include 17.5∶1(ball-to-powder ratio),6h(MA time),and 425r/min(rotational speed).The ball-to-powder ratio is a key factor to form amorphous structure.The heat released at high temperatures for Mg60Zn30Ti5Si5 is directly related to the content of amorphous phase.
