摘要
以抗坏血酸为燃烧剂,燃烧法快速制备Zn/Ti复合氧化物。并对所制样品进行XRD、UV-vis、FI-IR、SEM表征,得出样品的最佳燃烧剂用量和两种金属元素的摩尔比。对在最佳燃烧剂用量和金属元素摩尔比条件下制备的催化剂进行光催化实验研究,考察了pH值、催化剂用量、双氧水、光照时间对亚甲基蓝溶液光催化效果的影响。得出光催化最佳条件为:pH=5,催化剂用量为0.6g/L,双氧水用量为40mL/L,光催化时间为120min。
With ascorbic acid as the combustion agent,Zn/Ti composite oxides were synthesized by fast combustion mehtod.The samples were then characterized by XRD,UV,IR and SEM.The optimal dose of combustion agent and molar ratio of two metals were determined,and the catalyst were prepared using the optimal dose and molar ratio for photocatalysis experiment.The photocatalytic experiments were studied by asprepared Zn/Ti composite oxides.The experiment emphasized the pH of solution,the dosage of catalyst,the dosage of H2O2 and exposure time,especially their impacts on photocatalytic degradation of Methyl blue.The optimal experiment condition has been finally found,which includes pH value of 5,the catalyst concentration of 0.6g/L,and hydrogen peroxide concentration of 40mL/L and photocatalytic time of 120 min.
