摘要 三维织物间隔复合材料是一种由垂向机织物连接两个平行织物平面的三维机织间隔复合材料,具有整体性好、可设计性强等特点。以玻璃纤维、碳纤维为原料,对三维间隔织物的结构进行设计,制备三维织物间隔复合材料,研究材料在平压和三点弯曲载荷作用下的力学特性,并分析纤维种类、夹芯层间距等结构参数对材料压缩、弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:随着夹芯层间距的增加,材料的压缩强度逐渐降低;材料的弯曲强度也逐渐降低,且纬向弯曲强度大于经向;采用碳纤维与玻璃纤维分别作为纬纱进行织造,前者制备的复合材料的压缩和弯曲强度均高于后者。 Three-dimensional fabric spacer composite(3D composite)was a kind of 3D woven spacer composites with two parallel fabric planes joined by a vertical woven fabrics.The 3D composite provided excellent properties,such as outstanding integrity and good designability.In this paper,glass fibers and carbon fibers were used as raw materials,and the structure of the 3D spacer fabric was designed,and finally the 3D fabric spacer composites were fabricated.The compression and flexure properties of the 3D composites were studied,and the influence of structure parameters,such as fiber types and core distance,on the compression and flexure properties were analyzed.The results show that the compressive strength of the 3D composites decrease,but the flexural strength increases,with the increase of core distance..The flexural strength in weft direction is higher than that in warp one.Carbon fibers and glass fibers are respectively used as weft yarns in the weaving process,the compressive and flexural strength of the former 3D composites are all better than the later ones.
