摘要
基于医疗服务需方、基于医疗服务提供者、基于医疗服务支付者和基于WHO标准,研制了四种医疗费用合理增长率的测算方法,以兼顾社会各方利益,用于综合判断医疗费用增长的合理性。
It is no doubt that reasonable increase of medical expenditure is very important in view of society. This paper developed four methods to measuring appropriate increasing rate of medical expenditure in view of the benefit balance of different social groups.
