摘要
本文首先对高职院校经管类专业教师实践教学能力构成进行定义,包括教学设计能力、组织能力和评价能力。再此基础上,分析了高职院校经管类专业教师实践教学能力状况和存在问题,并从内、外两方面查找原因,其中外在原因包括外部重视度和机制的设定,内在原因涉及教师意识和经管类专业的特殊性。最后,从政府、学院和教师三个层面提出解决问题的对策建议,认为政府应大胆改革教师准入评审机制,积极引导企业校企合作;学院应大力支持设备师资投入,不断完善考核激励机制;教师应自觉总结积累教学资料,积极参与社会服务工作。
Based on the definition of practical teaching ability structure towards teachers in higher vocational colleges,which includes the teaching designing ,organizing and appraising ability,this article analyzes the current condition of practical teaching ability in teachers' of higher vocational colleges,about major of Economy and Management,as well as the existing questions. Thus searches the reasons from the aspects of both inside and outside. The exterior causes include teachers' consciousnesses and the particularity about major of Economy and Management,while the internal causes involve the value degree from outside and the mechanism. Finally,the author puts forward solving suggestions from aspects of the government,the college and the teacher himself,namely,the government should be dare to reform teachers' admittance and appraisal mechanism,and guide companies cooperate with schools positively; the institutes should support the investment on equipments and teachers vigorously,as well as improve the inspection and driving mechanism unceasingly; the teacher should summarize and accumulation teaching materials on his own,meanwhile participate in the social service work positively.
