摘要
沟通、理解是人与人之间交流的一种不可或缺的方式。针对学生工作中出现的各种各样突出的、不易解决的问题,高校辅导员如何能真正走入学生的内心世界,与之搭建起心灵相通的桥梁,妥善解决学生工作中遇到的难题和困难,是一项艰巨而长期的工作。
Negotiation and understanding are inevitable ways of communication between people. In the course of their finding satisfactory solutions to various tough problems and difficulties in their work, college student counselors have to get into students’hearts to understand them.
