摘要
中蒙药化学成分分析方法主要有光谱分析法、色谱分析法及其联用技术,以紫外光谱法、高效液相色谱法、薄层色谱法以及色谱联用技术的应用较多。电化学分析法也有一定的应用。本文以中蒙药、化学成分、分析方法、质量控制为关键词,通过中国知网、万方、维普等数据库对2005年至今的文献进行检索并对中蒙药化学成分的常用分析方法进行概述,为中蒙药质量标准的研究提供文献依据。
The chemical composition analysis methods of Chinese and Mongolian medicines mainly include spectroscopic analysis,chromatographic analysis and their Combined technology. Among them,UV,HPLC,TLC and Chromatography combined technology are widely used. Electrochemical analysis also has some applications in this aspect. In this paper that acted Chinese and Mongolian medicines,chemical composition,analytical methods and quality control as key words. Through the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu,etc,the literature from 2005 to the present has been searched,and summarized the commonly analytical methods of Chinese and Mongolian chemical composition. Provide literature basis for the study of the quality standards in Chinese and Mongolian medicines.
