摘要
滑油箱的主要用途是储存滑油,起散热、分离滑油介质中的空气以及沉淀滑油介质中杂质的作用.将滑油箱系统、进气道系统和冷却系统设计成一个整体式结构,利用进气道高速气流带走滑油温度,解决了某机型发动机的供油、散热和润滑问题.这种整体式结构不仅可以满足发动机润滑及冷却要求,而且能够明显地减小滑油散热器体积和重量.
The main function of oil tank is to reserve oil.It can play the role as a radiator,an air-oil separator,and something that makes the impurity in oil subside.The oil tank system,the air inlet system and cooling system are studied in this paper.The high-speed flow through inlet can cool the oil,which solves the problems of fuel feeding,heat cooling and lubricating of engine.This kind of Integral structure not only meets the requirement of lubricating and cooling,but also plays a distinct role in reducing the size and weight of the oil cooler.
